Bdjal's Terms and Conditions
– Complete User Guide

Welcome to bdjal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the bdjal platform and bdjal. By accessing our website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the bdjal platform:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must not reside in a country or region where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• You may only operate one account registered in your own name.
• All information provided at the time of account creation must be complete, truthful, and accurate.

To open an account on bdjal, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. After registration, you may be asked to verify your identity as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Important Account Rules:

• Each individual is allowed only One Account open. Running multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed.
• Always keep your account password private and never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.

If false information is provided during account registration, bdjal reserves the right to suspend that account at any time and forfeit all remaining balances. Always make sure your details are accurate.

Bdjal supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services – Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500
• Deposits are typically Instantly credited to your account.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned, and the deposit will be considered void.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours processing time.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – a specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Each promotion may only be participated in once.
• Bonuses cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the associated bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
• Bdjal reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

To qualify for a referral bonus, the person you refer must successfully register and complete their first deposit. Multiple referral bonuses from the same IP address, device, or household will not be granted.

All games and betting activities on bdjal are conducted fairly and transparently. Our systems are regularly audited by independent third parties to international standards.

Key Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdjal reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any involvement in match fixing or manipulation will result in permanent account closure.
